Have you heard the expression that abs are made in the kitchen and not in the gym. Well allow me to reassure you that this statement is absolutely right. Many people go through relentless workout routines exhausting themselves to near death and still fall short of getting those perfect abs. Please know that dieting to achieve your goals is absolutely crucial.
To give you an idea of the type of foods you should be incorporating into your diet routine I have compiled a list of fat burning foods for you.
